1. Copies of the Notice be provided to the Mayor and City Councilors, published in <br />the Register Guard, a newspaper of general circulation within the City, posted at four public <br />locations, and copies of the Proposed Systems Development Charge Methodologies, March 1, <br />1997, be made available for interested persons at City Hall, the City Public Works Building <br />Lobby, 858 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401, the Permit and Information Center Lobby, and <br />the Eugene Public Library during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday <br />through Friday, exclusive of holidays, except for the Library). <br />2. All persons desiring to comment thereon shall submit written comments as set forth <br />in the Notice.
