This cost has been removed <br />.from the total cost of capital improvements in determining the system-specific SDC, <br />"Average Cost" Determination: <br />(1) The average cost of inspecting and installing connections with the ;~s~~wr~ter <br />facilities and with the ~:~ter~n-sewer}',$ts~ti;i~;ic facilities,. which are not part of the SDC as defined <br />in E.C. 7.010, is the connection. permit fee established by the City. Primarily a factor in the Transportation SDC where development is charged <br />according to the different trip rates assigned to development types. <br />EDU: Equivalent Dwelling Unit =used in the (sanitary] ~Naats'w;i~erSDC as a basis for. determining <br />the relative impact or service used by different types of development. Represents the use of <br />capacity that is approximately equal to that of a single dwelling unit.
