hereby adopted. -Hereafter he City Manager or the Manager's designee may <br />modify the methodologies as provided in Section 7.710 of Section 2 of this <br />Ordinance. ~_ <br />Section 7 The City Manager sha17-review the methodol'agies established <br />.under this Ordinance after it has been implemented for 12 months and report <br />the result of that review to the City's Building Construction Advisory Com- <br />mittee or such other public body of the City concerned with the .impact of City <br />imposed charges and the cosy of capital improvements financed in whole or in <br />part by the system development charge. Thereafter-such reviews shall be con- <br />ducted at least tri-annually. <br />Section 8. The City Recorder, at the request of, or with the concur- <br />rence of the City Attorney; is authorized to administratively correct-any <br />-" reference errors contained herein or in other provisions of the Eugene Code, <br />1971, to the provisions added, amended or repealed herein. <br />Section 9. Repeal. Sections 7175(2)(b)5.d., 7.245, 7.275, 7.277, <br />7.279;:7.281; 7.283,. and 7.285 of the Eugene Code, 1971, are. hereby repealed. <br />Section 10. .Because of the need to.have new development bear its equit- <br />able share, of the cost for publicfaci7ities, the. matters contained herein <br />concern the public health,.welfare and safety, and in order to allow ~iis <br />orderly implementation an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and Section. <br />6 of this Ordinance shall become effective upon enactment of this Ordinance <br />and the remaining sections shall become effective July 1, 1991. <br />',.Passed by the.
