The proposed fees are consistent with applicable policies and directives of the City Council, <br />'' including policies developed through the Eugene Decisions process, are based on the City's estimate of <br />the costs associated with providing the services, and are necessary in order to implement newly revised <br />provisions of the Eugene Code, 1971 and comply with the Council's directive that the cost of <br />administering the program be recovered from the beneficiaries of the services. <br />Persons desiring to comment hereon shall submit written comments to the City Manager, 777 <br />Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401 within 15 days from the date of publication and posting indicated <br />below.
