Providers have the option of obtaining individual right-of--way cut. permits for each excavation activity performed within the right-of-way or of obtaining an annual blanket permit which covers many activities associated with maintenance and minor installations within the right-of--way. The regulations pertaining to the annual blanket permit program are contained within the administrative rules R-7.302-A-2. 4. Individual Permit Costs for collector streets and alleys are to be charged the same as local streets. 5. Individual Permit Costs for Public Utility Easements (PUE) abutting street right-of--way .shall be charged at the same rate as if the placement had been in that right-of--way.
