Sections 2, 4, and 5 of the Airport Fee Schedule attached as Exhibit A hereto are <br />hereby amended, and the fees set forth in Sections 1, 3, and 6 through 13 thereof are ratified and -- <br />affirmed asthe fees to be charged for the uses set forth therein, effective as of 12:01 a.m. on July 1, <br />1997. <br />3.
