NOTICE OF INTENDED AIRPORT FEE SCHEDULE REVISIONS <br />To: The Mayor and City Councilors, and other interested persons. <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the provisions of Sections 2.440 to 2.442 of the <br />Eugene, Code, 1971, the Airport Manager of the City of Eugene, as the designee of the City Manager, <br />intends to amend the Airport Fee Schedule by deleting Sections 10 and 11 and renumbering the current <br />Sections 12 and 13 to 10 and 11 in order to delete the rates set forth therein for non-commercial and <br />commercial land rental rates and the Old Tower Building lease rate, as follows: <br />AIRPORT FEE SCHEDULE <br />[~] 1 ll: Automobile Short- and Long-Term Parking Rates: <br />Short-term $0.85/per half hour <br />$9.00 daily maximum <br />Daily maximum rate charged for lost tickets. <br />Long-term $ 1.50/per hour <br />$ 5.50/daily maximum <br />$33.00/per week <br />Daily maximum rate charged for lost tickets <br />[~i3] 11. Hazardous Substance Response Fee $200.00 <br />The foregoing revisions have been proposed because all users of the Old Tower Building and non- <br />commercial and commercial land at the Airport do so under written agreements, which are exempt under Subsection <br />(1)(a) of Section 2.440 of the Eugene Code, 1971 from these ratemaking procedures. Persons desiring to comment <br />hereon shall submit written comments to the Airport Manager, 28855 Lockheed Drive, Eugene, Oregon 97402, within <br />15 days of the date of posting and publication as indicated below.
