If a damaged tree. must be removed due to the. severity of <br />-~ damage or creation of a hazardous condition, a tree removal permit must be <br />obtained and the tree removed at the expense of the permittee and subject to the ._ <br />condi#ions imposed upon the-tree removal. permit. Tree removal permit- conditions <br />typically include a requirement #o replace the removed tree with a tree of similar <br />value or to pay the City the value of the tree removed.
