On the basis of these findings, I order that: <br />1. Administrative Order No. 53-99-03, and the fees and regulations adopted therein <br />are repealed as of midnight, September 30, 2000. <br />2. -,The Parking Fee Schedule & Regulations attached as Exhibit A hereto is adopted, <br />effective 12:01 a.m. on October 1, 2000. <br />3. Any person aggrieved .by this administrative action may appeal this increase in the <br />off-street parking fees, the commuter permit fees, and repeal of the bulk purchase discount by <br />filing a written notice of appeal with the City Manager as provided in Section 5.045 of the Eugene <br />Code, 1971, within 30 days of the date this Order is adopted. The notice of appeal shall be <br />accompanied,by the .appeal fee established by the.. City Manager pursuant to Section 2.020 of the <br />Eugene.. Code, 1971. <br />4. Notice of the adoption of this Administrative Order and the revisions to the off <br />street parking fees, commuter permit fees, and repeal of the bulk purchase discount shall be <br />provided to the Mayor and City Councilors, posted at two locations at City Hall, and be made <br />available for inspection by interested persons at he office of the City Manager, City Hall, 777 <br />Pearl. Street, Eugene,: Oregon 97401 during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., <br />Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays).
