Fairway Loop Connector road (Southwood Lane) was constructed to provide a link <br />'. = between Coburg Road and Country Club Road <br />\ NOW, THEREFORE, <br />Based on the above findings; the findings contained in Exhibit A attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference, the authority contained in section 5.040 of the Eugene <br />Code 1971, and the delegation order of the City Manager, the Traffic Engineer of the City <br />of Eugene orders that: <br />Fairway Loop shall be closed to through traffic at a point approximately 300 feet <br />south of the centerline of Eastwood Lane. <br />2. Pedestrian and bicycle access shall be provided through the barricade. <br />3.
