Section R-6.650-G-2(e) of Open Waterways Temporary Administrative Rule R-6.650 <br />is hereby amended to provide: <br />R-6.650-G .Open Waterways -Prohibited Use of Property~EC 6.660(3)). <br />2. Criteria for Approval. The City Manager may approve, approve with conditions, <br />or deny an application that has been determined to be complete based on compliance with the <br />following criteria: <br />(e) An acceptable plan that meets the criteria of R-6.650-E-2(b) or R-6.650-E- <br />2(c) shows how the property owner will mitigate for the loss of open waterway hydrological, <br />ecological, and water quality treatment functions. <br />4. Sectibri R-6.650-I-2 of Open Waterways Temporary~Administrative Rule R-6.650 is <br />hereby amended to provide: <br />R-6.650-I Review Procedure. <br />2. Notice. Prior to acting on an application submitted under R-6.650-G or R-6.650-H, <br />the City Manager shall cause a notice thereof to be provided to the owners and occupants of property <br />adjacent to the property for which the application is submitted, published in a newspaper of general <br />circulation within the City, and forward a copy of the notice to the neighborhood group for the area <br />in which the property is located. The notice shall describe the application, the exemption approval <br />being applied for, and the subject property.. The notice also shall provide That persons may submit <br />written comments on the application as directed. therein, for a period of not less than 15 calendar <br />days from the publication date of the notice. <br />5.
