Portland's economyrates. At this time, the Eugene Airport does not have the capacity to <br />offer a third option for parking. The overflow lot is only used on an "as needed" basis. It <br />would be cost prohibitive to run the overflow parking area full time. Therefore, no change <br />is being made to the Airport Fee Schedule as a result of this comment. <br />E. Based on the above findings, and the findings in Administrative Order No. 58-00-25; <br />I fmd that, after investigating the fees charged at other airports, the City's policies on recovery of <br />actual costs of providing services, and the revenue needs of the Eugene. Airport, Section 10 of the <br />Airport Fee Schedule should be amended to increase the parking fee rates as proposed. This revision <br />to the parking fees is based on the increase in costs incurred by the City since the last revision to these <br />fees in 1997, and has been reviewed by and approved by the Airport Advisory Committee. <br />F. The unamended fees contained in Exhibit A to Administrative Order No. 58-00-18-F <br />should be ratified and Administrative Order No. 58-00-18-F should be repealed, as of the effective <br />date of this order. <br />On the basis of these findings, I order that: <br />1. Administrative Order No. 58-00-18-F and the Airport Fee Schedule adopted therein <br />is hereby repealed, as of the effective date of this order. <br />2. Section 10 of the Airport Fee Schedule is amended, and the remaining sections of the <br />Airport Fee Schedule are ratified and affirmed as the fees to be charged for the uses as set .forth in <br />Exhibit A hereto, as of the effective date of this order. <br />3. A copy of this Order be forwarded to the Mayor and City Councilors.
