to revising the regional (MWMC) wastewater SDC credit rates, asset forth in the Notice of Intended <br />Amendment of Systems Development Charge Methodology, Fees, and Credits attached as Exhibit <br />- A, including the attachment thereto, which are incorporated herein by reference. <br />D. I find that the proposed revisions to the SDC Methodology and fees as set forth in <br />Exhibit A and its attachment are consistent with adopted policies-of the City, in conformity with <br />applicable state law, and should be implemented effective July 2, 2001. <br />On the basis of these Endings, I order that: <br />1. Copies of the Notice be provided to the Mayor and City Councilors, published in the <br />Register Guard, a newspaper of general circulation within the City, posted at four public locations, <br />and copies of the proposed changes to the Systems Development Charge Methodology as referenced <br />in Finding C be made available for inspection by interested persons at the office of the City Manager, <br />777 Pearl Street, Room 105, the Human Resource and Risk Services Office, 777 Pearl Street, Room <br />101, the Public Works Lobby, 858 Pearl Street„ and the Eugene Public Library, 100 W 13ti'' Avenue, <br />all in Eugene, Oregon, during normal business hours (8:00 a.m: to 5:00 p.m., Monday through <br />Friday, exclusive of holidays) . <br />2. All persons desiring to comment thereon shall submit written comments as set forth <br />in the Notice.
