The unamended fees should be ratified and Administrative Order No. 58-00-25-F <br />should be repealed, as of the effective date of this order. <br />On the basis of these findings, I order that: <br />1. Sections 2, 4, 5, 6 and 8 of the Airport Fee Schedule are amended, and the remaining <br />sections of the Airport Fee Schedule are ratified and affirmed as the fees to be charged for the uses <br />as set forth in Exhibit A hereto, as of the effective date of this order. <br />1. Administrative Order No. 58-00-25-F and the Airport Fee Schedule adopted therein <br />is hereby repealed, as of the effective date of this order. <br />3. A copy of this Order be forwarded to the Mayor and City Councilors.
