a. The Special Fireworks Event shall be conducted within a clear drop zone in <br />''~ the western portion of Alton Baker Park designated by the Public Works Department; <br />b. The Special Fireworks Event shall be conducted by a state certified <br />pyrotechnic crew, with a local wildland firefighting company crew and water truck on site <br />to post a fire watch; and <br />c. Personal fireworks brought to the park by the public attending the Special <br />Fireworks Event will be limited to usage of legal fireworks in the north "overflow" asphalt <br />parking lot in Alton Baker Park under the supervision of volunteer Special Fireworks Event <br />staff. <br />2. The Eugene Active 20/30 Club shall be responsible for conducting the Special <br />Fireworks Event in compliance with .all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and orders. <br />3. The waivers granted under this Order are limited to the specified activities, date and <br />times, location and rules described herein.
