NOTICE OF INTENDED AIRPORT FEE SCHEDULE REVISIONS <br />To: The Mayor and City Councilors, and other interested persons. <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the provisions of Sections 2.440 to 2.442 <br />of the Eugene, Code, 1971, the Airport Manager of the City of Eugene, as the designee of the City <br />Manager, intends to amend Sections 2, 4, and 5 of the Airport Fee Schedule in order to revise the <br />airline signatory and non-signatory rates, add a new security rate thereto, and add a new Section 12 <br />to the Airport Fee Schedule providing for the temporary waiver of fees as follows: <br />AIRPORT FEE SCHEDULE <br />Current Proposed <br />2. If beyond three <br />hours, Airport Manager can direct user to move. If not moved, user subject to penalty of $250. <br />4.
