At the discretion of the Airport Manager, the fees established in this Fee Schedule may be <br />waived or discounted for a limited promotional period for airlines offering a new type or new <br />level of service to the Eugene Airport. The waiver and/or discount will be offered to all <br />Eugene Airport users that provide the same type and level of new service for the promotional <br />period. <br />The foregoing fees have been proposed after investigating the fees charged at other airports, <br />i the City's policies on recovery of user fees, and the revenue needs of the Eugene Airport. Persons <br />- desiring to comment hereon shall submit written comments to the Airport Manager, 28855 Lockheed <br />Drive, Eugene, Oregon 97402, within 15 days of the date of posting and publication as indicated <br />below.
