Comment on revision to the local wastewater SDC: Provide a list of <br />which local land use codes (HUD/BPR) are assigned to each SDC Use Code. <br />Finding: Attachment 5, Wastewater SDC /HUD BPR Use Codes has been <br />added. <br />Comment on revision to the local wastewater SDC: State that in the case <br />of those proposed developments that are pre-determined to have potential for <br />exceptional water usage, that the City Engineer may require that the owner(s) enter <br />into an agreement with the City to review water usage or wastewater discharge at <br />such time as the development is in full use of production as the final basis of the <br />wastewater SDC. <br />Finding: It is the City's intent to ensure that SDCs are fully collected for <br />anticipated high water usage. The proposed language has been added to <br />Attachment 2, Local Wastewater Plumbing Fixture Unit Rates and to Section 1.3, <br />Appendix C. <br />Comment on revision to the local wastewater SDC: Clarify the definition <br />of Plumbing Fixture Units (PFU). <br />Finding: The definition has been revised to indicate that the rate per PFU <br />will vary and is dependent upon a development's land use and associated impact <br />to the public wastewater system. <br />Comment on revision to local wastewater SDC: Clarify the definition of <br />Equivalent Dwelling Unit (EDU). <br />Finding: The definition has been .revised to indicate that an EDU is used in <br />the parks SDC as a basis for determining the relative impact or service by different <br />development types and represents the use of capacity that is equal to that of a <br />single dwelling unit. <br />Comment on revision to local wastewater SDC: Provide further <br />refinement to the residential SDC use code by creating two additional residential <br />use codes (no rate change proposed). <br />Finding: Category 11 has been revised to reflect only Multi-Family Housing <br />and categories 1F (Single-Family 1 Duplex Housing) and 1X (Mixed Use with <br />Residential) have been added. <br />Comments on revision to the regional (MWMC) wastewater SDC: Staff <br />- Administrative Order - 3 <br />
