NOTICE OF INTENDED INCREASE IN PLAT-CHECKING FEES <br />~=- _ To: The Mayor, City Councilors of the City of Eugene, and Interested Parties. <br />Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of Sections 2.020 and 9.025 of the <br />Eugene Code, 1971, the City Manager of the City of Eugene intends to. amend the fees for review <br />of final plat applications for subdivisions and partitions as hereinafter set forth. <br />Fee Structure: <br />Partitions with no dedications <br />Partitions with dedications <br />Subdivisions $380 + $20/lot <br />l <br />Subdivisions (Post-Monumented) $460 + $25/lot <br />l <br />Current .Proposed <br />$260 $350 <br />$300 $350 <br />Condominiums <br />Additional Reviews <br />Office Review <br />Field Check <br />-- Special Fees: <br />Multiple Pages <br />South Hills: <br />$300 + $25/bldg <br />$65 <br />$85 <br />$550 + $25/lot <br />$750 + $35/lot <br />$550 + $25/unit <br />$50 <br />$100 <br />$50/page for_each page over two pages <br />Additional $25/Lot <br />The proposed fees are consistent with applicable policies and directives of the City Council <br />that fees be het in an amount to recover costs for plat review, are comparable to tees established <br />in other jurisdiction for similar services, and are consistent with the requirements of Sectionm 9.025 <br />of the Eugene Code, 1971. <br />Persons desiring to comment hereon shall submit written comments to the City Surveyor, <br />.Public Works Engineering Division, 858 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401. during normal <br />business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday) within 15 days from the date of <br />publication and posting indicated below.
