2. All persons desiring to comment on the proposed fee amendments shall submit <br />written comments as set forth in the Notice. After expiration of the comment period, 1 will <br />establish by administrative order the fees as proposed or as modified in response to comments <br />received, incorporate the unamended fees established by Administrative Order No. 21-04-02-F <br />into the revised Public Records Request Fee Schedule, repeal Administrative Order No. 21-04- <br />02-F, and repeal the portions of Administrative Order Nos. 44-92-05, 53-04-O1-F, and 57-02-08- <br />F that are in conflict with the new fee schedule. <br />Dated this day of July, 2405. <br />.. <br />Dennis M.
