The <br />application fee is to be $1,000.00 and is intended to meet Council policies and directives to <br />recover costs of services from the direct beneficiaries of those services. The fee is to defray <br />associated costs of determining the surplus status, appraising the parcel, and required <br />advertisement and notice processes consistent with.Eugene City Code.
