1.1.1 Declare a snow emergency; <br />1.1.2 Put temporary parking prohibitions on priority routes into effect; <br />1.1.3 Terminate temporary parking prohibitions when conditions <br />warrant; <br />1.1.4 Review and change the p riority of r oadways or a dd roadways to <br />the snow emergency route map; <br />1.1.5 Temporarily close any street to vehicular or pedestrian traffic <br />during a snow emergency; and <br />1.1.6 Alter the ice and snow removal policy established by Council <br />Resolution with respect to operations near controlled intersections, on bridges, <br />overpasses and their approaches, and along curves and .steep grades if necessary <br />to address unique storm conditions, as authorized by the Resolution. <br />2.
