In addition, the fee amendments are necessary in order to comply with the requirements <br />of Section 7.130 of the Eugene Code, 1971, that the fees charged cover the costs, including <br />overhead, of engineering, inspection and review services performed by the city on all private or <br />public improvements not engineered by the city. <br />Persons desiring to comment on the fee amendments shall submit written comments to <br />the City Manager, 777 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401, within 15 days from the date of <br />posting as indicated below. After the expiration of the comment period, the City Manager will <br />consider the comments received and establish by administrative order the fees as proposed or as <br />modified in response to comments. <br />Dennis M.
