This is final billing <br />narrative for this contract. <br />Fourth Quarter CY 2008 5er~ices Provided: <br />Resource Development (grant writing} <br />• No resource development activity in quarter <br />General Parks and Open Space Technical Assistance <br />• Made presentations on Rivers to Ridges, Ridgeline Open Space Vision, and Metro Waterways for the <br />City Executive Team meeting (October} and City Manager (November) <br />• Compiled data and produced two maps for the Mitigation Bank service proposal {Hilary) <br />• Provided GIS assistance (Ellen} <br />• Updated WEW Ownership map (Sill) <br />• Coordinated with Natural Area Restoration Team Supervisor and NR Section Manager <br />• Participated in acquisition team meeting <br />• Began working with City staFF to scope out an open space planning process for the Willamette River <br />corridor. <br />Status; The web transfer page is set up and ready for use. <br />WEW Annual Report <br />• Developed streamlined TOC for the 2008 annual report <br />• Collected information to be included in 2008 annual report <br />• Wrote most of the draft narrative for the 2008 annual report <br />Status: 1 am waiting on a few pieces of information for the 2008 AR and should have a draft narrative <br />ready for review by the end of February. <br />Wild Iris Ridge <br />No activity in the quarter. The WTR Management Plan was completed in September and 15 hard copies <br />were produced and delivered to the City. <br />Spencer Sutte Summit <br />^ Developed a Spencer Butte Summit Planning Memo.
