The Board has shown an interest in developing a capital project partnership and has asked that the RAC <br /> <br /> .develop criteria for candidate partnership projects. These criteria would then be reviewed with cities and be <br /> forwarded to the Board of County Commissioners. Following acceptance by the Board, the RAC could then <br /> select a priority list of candidate capital projects for inclusion in the 02-06 CIP and send its <br /> recommendations to the Board for adoption with the CIP in May 2001. <br /> This hearing will be an opportunity for ODOT and Lane County cities to offer potential projects that could be <br /> funded under the capital project partnership program. <br /> The hearing is also opportunity for Lane County citizens and community organizations to suggest capital <br /> Improvement projects to be included in the five-year plan. <br /> The mailing lists for the draft and the adopted versions of the CIP are currently being. updated. Please notify <br /> me of any changes in the number of copies or to whom the document is being sent within your <br /> .organization, or if you no longer desire to receive it. The draft CIP is also available for review on our web <br /> site at www.co.lane.or.us under the Department of Public Works Engineering Division.
