Transportation <br />Old Coburg Road -Chad Drive Extension The existing Old Coburg Road is 20' wide pavement with existing ditches on both <br />sides. The existing Chad Drive has curbside walk on the southside, two bike lanes, <br />two-way traffic with middle turn pocket. There is approximately 250 LF on Chad <br />Drive that will need new construction to connect with Old Coburg Road. <br />Plan/Policy Document: <br />Total Project Cost: <br />Royal Avenue - Terry to Greenhill Upgrade Royal Avenue <br />facility. <br />Plan/Policy Document: <br />Total Project Cost: <br />Trans Plan <br />$ 706,000 <br />between Terry Street and Greenhill Road to 3-lane urban <br />TransPlan, Royal Avenue Specific Plan, Eugene <br />Arterial/Collector Street Plan <br />$2,200,000 <br />Sidewalk Access Ramps Install sidewalk access ramps at intersection corners and other needed access <br />locations throughout the City, including the installation of new ramps and <br />reconstruction of existing ramps to comply with ADA and City standards. <br />Plan/Policy Document: Trans/Plan Policy, ADA Regulations <br />Total Project Cost: $40,000 <br />STP Funds Federal Surface Transportation Program (STP) funding allocated to Eugene for various <br />projects.
