Funded and Unfunded Projects <br />In cases where there is a discrepancy between needs and available resources, projects are <br />separated into two distinct programs: the Six-Year Funded Program (as described above) and <br />an Unfunded Program. <br />Improvements which are needed during the six-year program period, but for which all or most <br />of the funding is uncertain, are considered unfunded projects. These are listed and described <br />in the Unfunded sections of each applicable program area. Due to funding uncertainties, the <br />Table of Unfunded Projects for each area provides only preliminary budget planning costs for <br />the individual projects and does not indicate a planning year for construction. <br />City of Eugene 2002-2007 Capital Improvement Program <br />Page 11 <br />
