After the <br /> feasibility study is completed, and specific waterway restoration projects are <br /> identified, the City and the Corps will sign a Project Cooperation Agreeement to <br /> construct projects that have been mutually agreed upon. Potential Eugene <br /> projects include: 1) restoration of portions of Amazon Creek, from headwaters to <br /> Fern Ridge and 2) salmon habitat restoration along the main stem of the <br /> Willamette River and its direct tributaries. <br /> Plan/Policy Document: CSWMP, Stormwater Basin Plans <br /> Total Project Cost: $1,800,000 <br /> Wetland Mitigation Bank Enhancement and restoration of wetlands in West Eugene on various sites. <br /> Capital Projects Mitigation work in advance of development will result in certified credits to be <br /> sold to developers. <br /> Plan/Policy Document: West Eugene Wetland Plan; MOA between City of <br /> Eugene, BLM, Corps, EPA, DEQ, & DSL. <br /> Total Project Cost: $900,000 <br /> New Capital Facilities <br /> Downtown Water Quality Construct underground water quality facilities for the downtown area tributary <br /> Facilities to the Polk St. outfall. <br /> ` Plan/Policy Document: CSWMP, Stormwater Basin Plans <br /> Total Project Cost: $300,000 <br /> City of Eugene 20042009 Capital Improvement Program <br /> 81 <br /> , <br /> <br />
