The Planning <br /> Commission supports inclusion of these activities as eligible expenses of the proposed <br /> transportation system maintenance fee as one potential source of funding. The motion passed 9:7. <br /> Bruce Mulligan, seconded by Bob Wallace, moved to recommend City Council adoption <br /> of the FY04-FY09 CIl' with the amendments recommended by staff.
