Transportation -Six-Year Funded Program (Cont.) <br />Terry Street {Royal -Roosevelt) Construct the remaining portions of Terry Street (Royal to Roosevelt) to a 3-lane urban <br />facility, including sidewalks and bike lanes. Project is development-dependent. <br />I Plan/Policy Document: TransPlan <br />Total Project Cost: $880,000 <br />Traffic Operations Improvement Program Safety and transportation system management improvements, including adding turn <br />lanes and bicycle lanes, traffic diverters, safety devices, and other restriping and <br />channelization modifications. <br />Plan/Policy Document: TransPlan Policy, Bicycle Master Plan <br />Total Project Cost: $360,000 <br />Traffic Signal Installations Install new traffic signals and upgrade the traffic signal system to improve <br />responsiveness, reduce delay, improve air quality, and facilitate multi-modal traffic <br />flow. Locations for installing new traffic signals are based on a priority rating system <br />that considers traffic volumes, delays, accidents, standard signal warrants and other <br />traffic and development-dependent factors. <br />Plan/Policy Document: Traffic Signal Priority List, TransPlan <br />Total Project Cost: $1,200,000 <br />New Capital Facilities <br />East Bank Path (Greenway -Owosso) Construct a bicycle and pedestrian path along the east bank of the Willamette River <br />between the Greenway and Owosso Bridges. <br />Plan/Policy Document: TransPlan, Bicycle Master Plan, Willakenzie Refinement <br />Plan, Parks Master Plan <br />Total Project Cost: $1,316,000 <br />-105 Sound Wall Design, engineer and construct sound wall on the north side of 1-10~ between I-5 and <br />Coburg Road. <br />Plan/Policy Document: City Council <br />Total Project Cost: $1,200,000 <br />Riverfront Park Interior Streets & Paths Construct interior street and bicycle and pedestrian path projects within the Riverfront <br />Research Park. Development within the Park will determine project priorities for <br />necessary infrastructure improvements. <br />Plan/Policy Document: Riverfront Research Park Master Plan <br />Total Project Cost: $450,000 <br />Roosevelt Boulevard (Beltline -Danebo) Extend Roosevelt from Beltline to Danebo, completing the Roosevelt corridor truck <br />route and arterial for through-traffic and access to the West Eugene industrial area. <br />Project is tentatively scheduled to be a part of the Beltline Highway - N.
