These funds are in <br />addition to the Eugene/Lane County Road Partnership Agreement, which are shown in the CIP <br />as Eugene Road Fund resources <br />State of Oregon (ODOT) <br />Source: Oregon State Department of Transportation funds; <br />Other State agencies. <br />Funding provided by the State of Oregon for State projects or for projects receiving State <br />grants. <br />Urban Renewal Agency -Downtown Capital Projects Fund (URA-CEP) <br />Source: Tax increment financing in the downtown Urban Renewal District; <br />Other financing leveraged through resources for the Urban Renewal District. <br />The CIP reflects proposed capital projects anticipated in the downtown urban renewal district. <br />Possible projects include parking facilities to support new development, improvements to the <br />mall public space, and site improvements in support development. The exact timing and <br />nature of the projects are unknown.
