Purpose <br />The purpose of this document is to present results of a comprehensive analysis of City of <br />Eugene wastewater monitoring data from the Amazon basin. The focus of the analysis was to <br />compare flow-monitoring results prior to and after the implementation of intensive <br />rehabilitation. The analysis was performed and results reported on a systemwide, basinwide, <br />and sub-basin scale. The systemwide analysis evaluated the effect of Amazon rehabilitation <br />on flows at the E/S WPCF. The basinwide analysis evaluated the effect apparent at the outlet <br />to the basin. The sub-basin scale reviewed the effect within particular sub-basins. <br />Results of the analysis will serve to provide a "report card" on the City's rehabilitation <br />program and to provide recommendations for continuation of the program. <br />
