The ]ZDII volume versus rainfall trends estimates a 43% <br />reduction in RDII post-rehabilitation. However, peak flows in Figures 14 and 15 do not show <br />apparent reduction in response to rehabilitation. In fact, the largest post-rehabilitation peak <br />flow is significantly greater than the largest pre-rehabilitation. This could be due to <br />monitoring errors, spatial variation of rainfall intensity, or indicate poor rehabilitation <br />effectiveness. With only three events each for pre-rehabilitation and post-rehabilitation, the <br />reduction estimate is not reliable. More observations would be needed to refine the reduction <br />estimate. <br />27 <br />
