Eugene <br /> <br /> ' contributes limited funds to the organization based on the number of addresses in the organization that <br /> are within the Eugene city limits. In fiscal year 2003, this amounted to $3,239. Lane County provides <br /> ` . ~ no support to neighborhood organizations. <br /> t ~ PUBLIC SAFETY <br /> A call to 911 for police service would bring an officer from the Eugene Police Department.
