PREFACE <br />"We plan strategically and we work from our plans" <br />The development and use of this Facilities Master Plan embody the above message from the <br />City's values statement. The Maintenance and Parks and Open Space Divisions of Public <br />Works have successfully utilized this plan and aim to be proactive in planning for the future.
