This would be amedian-divided, two-lane roadway with on-street <br />parking and sidewalks. <br />Estimate of probable construction costs for the mitigation measures identified as off-site <br />improvements are shown in Table 1 below. <br />Table 1 <br />'!!._ ! The costs are based on conceptual level design and include a 40% <br />contingency. The acquisition of property needed for the construction is included. The cost of <br />providing water or wastewater facilities to the site, removal of existing buildings or other <br />facilities, or dealing with hazardous waste that may be identified in the vicinity of the <br />construction sites is not included. A detailed breakdown of the cost and technical memorandums <br />describing the basis of the cost are provided in Technical Appendix A. <br />.'
