Timing of Construction <br />Construction of the new federal courthouse would be phased to allow for investigation and <br />abatement of hazardous materials, demolition of existing buildings and parking lots, <br />archaeological surveys and recording of any artifacts found, and consultation with the state <br />historic preservation officer regarding impacts on historic structures, as needed.
