Project Alternatives <br />No-Action Alternative <br />Under the no-action alternative, a new courthouse would not be constructed. Judges, the public, <br />and prisoners would continue to share the use of circulation space in the existing federal <br />building/courthouse. Judicial agencies would continue to be located in various facilities <br />throughout Eugene.
