BUILDING TWELVE <br /> Building #12 houses the Tree Maintenance crew, Parks Volunteer Program, the. Medians and <br /> Landscape work unit and restrooms. <br /> TREE MAINTENANCE CREW <br /> The Tree Maintenance crew is located in Building #12. The four-member crew shares a <br /> workspace (room #001). <br /> PARKS VOLENTEER PROGRAM <br /> This program has one FTE. It is located in Building #12 and occupies one (room# 005). <br /> MEDIAN AND LANDSCAPE <br /> The Medians and Landscape work unit is located in Building #12 with a few exceptions. There <br /> are 13 FTE assigned to this work unit. All but three FTE's report directly to this facility each shift. <br /> The supervisor has an office (room #004) while the crew shares a common workspace (room <br /> #003). <br /> BUILDING THIRTEEN <br /> .Building #13 houses laundry and uniform storage areas as well as welding and miscellaneous <br /> materials storage. <br /> BUILDING FOURTEEN <br /> Building #14 primarily houses the Radio Maintenance work unit in Fleet Services. This work unit <br /> has 5 FTE assigned to this work unit (room # 001 & 006). The building also has a second floor <br /> that is used for storage. There are future plans to expand this operation with 3 more FTE that will <br /> negatively impact this workspace area. <br /> BUILDING FIFTEEN <br /> Building # 15 primarily houses the Traffic Section that is made up of three work units: Traffic <br /> Technical, Traffic Maintenance and the facility Safety Coordinator (located in Bldg. # 6). This <br /> building also houses the Traffic Section Manager, and front office area that has been temporarily <br /> reconfigured into office cubicles, storage, break room and restroom facilities. <br /> TRAFFIC <br /> Building #15 provides offices for 3 supervisors (room #'s 004, 014 & 015), shops (room #'s 005 <br /> & 021) and facilities for work crews, and storage areas (room #'s 006 & 022). Building #15 is <br /> no longer adequate for all the fabrication work and repair activities, crew workstations and office <br /> needs, and storage. Additional space is necessary for the current work activities of Traffic <br /> Operations section. Along with the remote Safety Coordinator position, the traffic technical <br /> workgroup currently has five staff, including on temporary position, housed in Building 2. <br /> Building 15 does not have an appropriate meeting or conference room area. <br /> STORAGE <br /> - .
