Fleet Services consists of two units: Equipment Maintenance and <br /> Radio Maintenance. Surface Section consists of three units: <br /> Administrative Support, Surface Technical and Surface Maintenance. Traffic Section consists of <br /> three units: Traffic Technical, Traffic Maintenance and Safety Coordinator. <br /> PARKS AND OPEN SPACE DIVISION <br /> Parks and Open Space Division consist of four sections: Natural Resources, Parks <br /> ~ ' ' Maintenance, Parks Planning and Urban Forester. <br /> Natural Resources consist of three units: Natural Resource Maintenance, Open Waterways and <br /> Wetlands. Parks Maintenance consists of four units: Landscape and Medians, Parks Amenities, <br /> Tree Maintenance and Planning and Turf & Grounds. <br /> OPERATIONS SUPPORTED BY THE FACILITY: <br /> MAINTENANCE DIVISION <br /> I <br /> FINANCIAL ANALYST: <br /> Financial Analyst is a single FTE which coordinates the Maintenance and Parks & Open Space <br /> Divisions budgets, forecasting and financial analysis. <br /> <br /> i <br /> FLEET SERVICES SECTION: <br /> Fleet Operations includes two work units to maintain all City-owned fleet and communications <br /> systems. <br /> EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE: <br /> • Provides preventive maintenance for over 960 pieces of equipment <br /> • Drafts specifications for new equipment <br /> • Provides emergency repair for all fleet users <br /> • Processes 550 equipment repair orders a month <br /> • Purchase fleet parts <br /> 24 FTE are assigned to this work unit <br /> Facilities Master Plan -January 2004 <br /> III-1 <br /> _ _ <br /> <br />
