Transportation Placeholder <br />Upgrades to City Standards <br />Crest Dr (Storey Blvd -Lincoln St) and (Storey Blvd - 37th Ave) <br />Project Description: Reconstruct Crest Drive pursuant to concept developed through the Context <br />Sensitive Solutions process started in 2006. After the Context Sensitivite Solution has been completed, the <br />street design and funding options will be presented to the City Council. <br />This project meets priority measure 1 of TRANSPLAN Financial Policy #6 to preserve the functionality of <br />the existing transportation system by improving this street to City standards, and priority measure 2 by <br />providing better access for alternative modes. Also, this project is included in the Six-Year CIP because it <br />uses a funding source -assessments to benefiting properties - that is not available for projects that meet <br />the first priority measure of "Protect the existing system".
