Transportation Placeholder <br />Functional and Safety Improvements <br />E. University Neighborhood Traffic Calming <br />Project. Description: Installation of traffic calming devices in the section of the Fairmount neighborhood <br />bounded by Agate Street, Franklin Boulevard, Fairmount Boulevard, and 19th Avenue. The traffic calming <br />plan for this area is an outgrowth of the Agate Street Special Area Study. The concept of traffic calming in <br />this area was recommended by the Fairmount/University of Oregon Special Area Study (2004 update). <br />A source of funding has not been identified for this project.
