Stormwater Funding Secured <br />Stormwater Rehabilitation and Improvements <br />Harlow Neighborhood Basin Drywell Decommissioning <br />Project Description: Pilot project to decomission problematic dry wells and alleviate localized flooding <br />issues within neighborhood. Drywells in this neighborhood perform so poorly the streets and sidewalks are <br />regularly inundated. This project is consistent with the City's Water Pollution Control Permit Application to <br />Oregon Department of Environmental Quality that includes decommissioning underground injection control <br />facilities. <br />Project Status: Not Started New in FY08-13 CIP.
