This would include services currently located in City Hall, including the Police Department, the <br />Public Works downtown operations, and City programs in the Atrium and the general adminstrative <br />services now located on the 4th floor of the Downtown Library. This projection is based on total space <br />needs, and does not address space allocation, number of builidngs, and other site alternatives currently <br />under discussion. Cost estimates are placeholders; actual costs are yet to be determined. $25 million has <br />been reserved for this project. <br />Project Status: Not Started In 2006-11 CIP unfunded and in FY07-12 MYFP.
