Support the Lane County Fairgrounds as a community event <br /> venue and work with the County to promote community <br /> recreation use of the Fairgrounds during non-event times. <br />Aquatic Facilities <br />C-7. Provide an aquatic facility within each planning area. <br />C-8. Consider both indoor and outdoor swimming opportunities <br />when developing new aquatic facilities, as well as other <br />diverse recreation opportunities that could draw attendance <br />and generate revenue, such as spray features, water play <br />attractions, fitness equipment, rental facilities, and facilities to <br />support competitive swimming. <br />C-9. Develop a master plan and a financial feasibility study for new <br />aquatic facilities. <br />C-10. Upgrade existing aquatic facilities to meet community needs. <br />C-1.1. Develop a plan to decommission existing wading pools to <br />meet state standards.
