Plan Highlights <br />_~ <br />~_.~ ~,~ <br />~~F ~ ~ij <br />An extensive community outreach program conducted as part of the <br />PROS planning process identified several significant areas for <br />improving community livability in Eugene through parks, open space, <br />facilities, and programs.
