Thank you for your participation in developing <br />this plan. " <br />As you know, the. plan sets out a vision for solid waste management in Oregon and strategies <br />for achieving that vision over the next decade. The plan identifies roles and responsibilities <br />for all Oregonians to assure an effective solid waste management approach in the state.
