Learning from <br />Lane county comm. our years of experience in public service and relying on our strong intergovernmental <br />MWMC Vice-president <br />partnerships, the MWMC is eagerly looking forward to the next two decades. <br />Bill Inge <br />Lane County citizen <br />This report summarizes our highlights from Fiscal Year 2005; a year that marks the <br /> initiation of our 20-year Facilities Plan. 2005 was a year highlighted by careful <br />Terry Gould planning and preparation that will be the foundation for upcoming years. Preparation <br />Eugene Citizen included the design and phasing of many Capital Improvement Projects, careful <br />George Poling scrutiny of our financial plan as well as asset and fiscal management, and the <br />Eugene City Councilor refinement of our Environmental Management System and performance measures. <br />Anne Ballew With this foundation firmly established, the MWMC launched construction of <br />Springfield City Councilor several Facilities Plan projects in 2006.
