A change was initiated to build the City Manager's
proposed budget in a new way that aligns services
to obtain measurable results that achieve the Ciry
Council's vision and goals and provide the best
value to the community. The new process allows
intended to make dramatic short-term changes but
to better position the City to manage future budget
challenges. Implementation will be phased over
two years with an abbreviated process this year.
Opportunities for public involvement will remain the
same as previous years, occurring once the budget is
proposed to the Budget Committee.
