Numerous public involvement and design processes are underway that are utilizing innovative <br />techniques to work towards many of the objectives of the Action Plan. These include the Rasor <br />Park Mixed-Use Center Process, South Eugene Ridgeline Habitat Study, Pedestrian and Bicycle <br />Strategic Plan, Crest Drive Context-Sensitive Solutions Process, and the18`h Avenue Streetscape <br />Project. <br />CHALLENGES <br />Adjusting existing resources to address Action Plan priorities and developing adequate measures to <br />evaluate the success of the implementation efforts continue to be the biggest challenges. <br />INTERMEDIATE MEASURES <br />Indicators are being determined as staff refines the plan with neighborhood associations and <br />leaders. <br />FINAL OUTCOME MEASURES <br />Measures are being determined as staff refines the plan with neighborhood associations and <br />leaders. <br />~; <br />-12- <br />
